I received this book free in exchange for an honest review.
For an American, this book will be difficult to begin, (as it is based in England, and the education system is different from ours.) but once you get through that, the story moves along. I got hooked into it. I love Ellie, for someone with so many insecurities she has the making of an Alpha Female. She is mentally brilliant, physically beautiful and has a kind heart. The plot of the book is solid, and the twist and turns of her relationships kept me going to find out what happens next. I enjoyed the story, as there was more story than sex, and will add this to one of my favorites. Off to get the other 2 books in the series.

This a very well written book! We are introduced to Elle as the biggest changes of her life start to happen. The characters are all interesting and leaving you wanting to know more about them, their motives, and how those motives will change Ells life. Then .....how does the best sex of you life figure into all of this?

At the mercy of the beautiful alien pirate with a kinky, if not overly sadistic, sexual appetite, Ray has to fight for his very life or risk becoming the pirate's submissive 'slave-boy'. It is from that point on that Ray suddenly finds himself swept away into the intrigue of an intergalactic espionage game between various competing pirate factions and different mysterious figures within the Unity Government itself. Staking a claim on the Pheromone 5 himself and wanting to cash in, in order to leave his old delivery job permanently in his past, Ray throws himself into this dangerous game for the Pheromone 5, not knowing who all the players are and to what lengths they are willing to go to get mysterious agent. So follow along, as our hero, Ray Gunz, manages to repeatedly find himself at the mercy of sexy alien pirates and just manages to squeeze himself into and out of some pretty tight situations. :)

Worth a dollar, but not worth the time.

I guess you can't complain about a one dollar book, but let me give it a shot anyway. The basic plot idea is actually OK. Unfortunately, the book has a lot of typos, and incorrect use of language. Repel instead of rappel, that sort of thing. Also, it's a bit slow. Actually, it's very slow. And there's not much plot. If you want sexy fantasy, stick with "Natural Consequences" or similar.

About the Author
Adrian Sangeorzan was born in 1954 in Bistrita-Nasaud, Romania. He graduated from the Medical School at the University of Cluj, Transylvania and worked as a doctor in communist Romania until 1990 when he immigrated to the United States. He lives in New York and works as an obstetrician and gynecologist. His volume of memoirs and fiction titled Between Two Worlds: Tales of a Women’s Doctor was published in Romania in 3 editions and got the Prize for Fiction, 2005. He published several collections of poems: The Anatomy of the Moon, 2010, Tattoos on Marble, 2006, Voices on a Razor’s Edge, 2003, Over the Life Line, 2002. He is also the author of the novels The Circus in Front of the House, 2007 and Vitali, 2008. His works are featured in several anthologies and literary magazines in the US and Romania. He is co-translator into Romanian of Naming the Nameless: An Anthology of Contemporary American Poetry, 2006.

On one hand, the book captures very well the experience of an older immigrant to the United States. But major part of the story is the experience of a gynecologists in communist Romania, with all its horrors. The book underlines the paradox of happiness found in the most unexpected circumstances, under the most oppressive regimes, in the most volatile situations.
