I was very impressed by Steven Lurie's ability to present in a clear and concise manner, concepts that might otherwise be experienced as too complex and confusing. Using a brief, self-scoring questionnaire, readers are able to determine their own style of relating - analytical, drivers, energizers, or supportives - and understand how their style is likely to come into conflict with others. Readers also learn ways to both broaden their capacity to relate to people with styles different from their own, as well as how to be open to adding qualities of other styles to their own comfort zone.
