Very disappointed. And you can't benefit from this book without ...

The CD did not load properly. The error message stated that I was to sign on as administrator. I am administrator. I have never had a problem loading any software programs, downloaded or from CD, ever before this. Very disappointed. And you can't benefit from this book without the CD. Everything refers you to the CD, and then the CD doesn't work. Sending back.
